Optimal leader for blue line streams & creeks, as well as shorter rods. Balance taper to deliver both Dries and Nymphs. To fish dries and float the leader simply take and apply your favorite dry fly floatant paste, we recommend using NIRVANA Leader/Fly Floatant. Otherwise, leave untreated and the leader will slowly sink.
This is a premium short blue line creek fly leader with great presentation for your dry fly or nymphs on the water and short enough to cast easy in tight quarters. Get a better natural drift due to the lack of memory in this fly leader.
Made with quality low-stretch polyester thread with an added stiffer core material to enhance casting turn over while still keeping it's suppleness and no coil.
Spring Creek Furled Leader Specs:
- 0-2wt: 6lb Breaking Strength, 3ft long
- 3-5wt: 9lb Breaking Strength, 3ft long
To fish dries and float simply add your favorite float paste, or leave untreated to fish subsurface.
Comes with a premium tippet ring to tie tippet on and a loop to attach loop to loop to your fly line.
