This is an awesome small stream net with beautiful burl wood. The shape is so perfect for scooping up fish with ease. The netting hoop is large enough for a bigger trout in the 16 inch range. The rubber coated netting allows for you to protect the fish's skin and is very light weight so you can pack it anywhere with a total weight of 7.6 ounces.

Nice net

Very nice net. Very good quality and feel in the hand. My only complaint is that the one I received was not burl wood. There was no hint of burl, just plain wood, and it does not look like the pictures. Since that is what pushed me over the edge to buy it, it is a little disappointing. Overall still a pretty nice net. Would recommend…

Perfect small stream net for smaller fish

Just got this net and put it through its paces today on a small creek. I love being able to net smaller fish on creeks, get a quick look at them and release them usually without even having to touch them.

Lightweight, looks great and most importantly the holes in the net are small enough that even very small fish cannot swim through it. It was frustrating with my previous net how even medium sized fish could wiggle their way through the holes making the whole release process longer and more stressful on the fish.

Would definitely recommend!

Great small-stream net!

I finally got to take my new Nirvana net out for a spin on some small streams and I love it! As expected from Nirvana/Dragontail, the build quality is great. The net is a perfect size and lightweight, it clips easily onto a sling pack. Comfortable at scooping up fish and makes a nice release smooth. Would highly recommend to all small stream anglers.
